4. HOTEL POLICY:
- Check in after 2:00 p.m
- Check out before 12:00 a.m
- Early check-in before 6:00 am: 50% surcharge of the room rate.
- Early check-in from 6:00 am to 11:00 am: 35% surcharge of the room rate.
- Late check out:
After 12:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m: a surcharge of 30% of the room rate.
From 3:00 p.m to 6:00 p.m: a surcharge of 50% of the room rate.
After 6:00 p.m: a surcharge of 100% of the room rate.
5. DEPOSIT AMOUNT:
Guests are required to make a deposit in advance or upon check-in. The deposit amount depends on the length of your stay when renting a room at Monalisa Apartment.
- Short-term stay:
From 06 to 30 nights: from 1,000,000 VND to 30% of the total room charge
Prepayment for the entire room: 100 USD on the day of check-in
- Long-term stay:
Over 06 months: 02 months of rent
6. PAYMENTS METHOD:
Customers can pay or deposit with one of the following methods:
1. Pay by cash at the apartment.
2. Transfer funds to one of our accounts.
3. Pay online by credit card, debit card or domestic ATM card
Normally customers can choose one of the payment methods mentioned above when making a reservation.
Note: We only accept reservations when we have received a full payment or deposit for your stay.
